Shipping Policy
Please note that the delivery dates shown on the product detail page and in the tracking information are estimates only.
“Business days” for shipping or delivery timeframes refer only to Monday through Friday. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays that fall on business days.
Example #1: An order was given a delivery time of 3-5 business days and the tracking number shows that the order left our warehouse on Monday. Counting starts on the next business day (Tuesday). Assuming there are no holidays within the 3-5 business days, your package can be delivered on Thursday, Friday, or Monday of the following week.
Example 2: An order was given a delivery time of 3-5 business days and the tracking number shows that the order left our warehouse on Friday. Saturday is a holiday. Counting starts on Monday, which is the next business day. Your package can be expected to arrive on Friday.
Example 3: Your order was shipped on Wednesday and you were given an estimated delivery date of Saturday or Sunday. You can expect your order to arrive earlier next week as shipments are not delivered on weekends, only on business days.
judithlaudert.com does not ship to PO Boxes, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses may experience delays.
Shipping costs (original orders and returns) are non-refundable for tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire and aftermarket wheel packaging.
Delivery Schedule
Unless otherwise noted, most orders are processed for shipment or leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation date. Delivery or shipping time will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small to medium packages are generally shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders containing bumpers, doors, hoods, or other large parts may still qualify for free shipping. However, these items require special handling and are usually shipped by truck, and delivery or shipping time may be slightly longer (see truck freight information below). In addition, there may be instances where an order with multiple parts/items will have multiple tracking numbers depending on which warehouse the parts/items are from. Please note that we assume no responsibility for any and all failures of an order to meet the expected delivery date.
Truck Shipping
Truck freight is available for orders with large parts or items, such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, etc., that require special handling due to their shape, weight, or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are shipped by truck. Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed for shipment within 24-48 hours of the order confirmation date. Within the United States, delivery may take 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you by phone or email with a revised shipping quote.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping
Overnight or 2-day delivery is available for an additional charge for most small to medium sized packages. Specific shipping options will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Air freight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by up to 24 hours. This is beyond our control and air freight charges will not be refunded. All orders must be received by 1:00 PM EST (10:00 AM PT) Monday through Friday. Overnight or 2-day delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please note that if your order is shipped overnight or 2-day on a holiday, your order will only begin processing on the next available business day.
Performance and Accessories Orders
All performance and accessories are shipped via ground service only. Unless otherwise noted, most orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation date. Shipping times may vary, depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small to medium packages generally arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the ship date. Orders containing brush guards, running boards, or other large items may require special handling and are typically shipped via truck freight (see truck freight information above), which may take longer to deliver. Overnight and 2-day shipping are not available for performance and accessory orders.
Where We Ship
We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, this does not include shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and U.S. Territories – Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP).
